Stand Up Paddle boarding is a great workout, it works the whole body focusing on the core and can also offering you an aerobic workout. It’s also an awesome way to experience the Langebaan Lagoon and gives you a completely different perspective on the environment, above and below the surface. We provide a good quality SUP as well as paddle and flotation device.
